Do you also take on separate engineering or drafting jobs?
That is not our focus. We are at our best when we take care of both developing and making your product. That way you get a solution that works in practice.
What does it cost to replicate a part?
That depends on engineering time, material, print time and quantity. You always receive a quote first.
Do I need a drawing?
No. Photos, dimensions and preferably the original part are usually sufficient.
Can I see the design in advance?
Yes. In your customer portal you view the part in 3D and approve the revision before we produce it.
Do I receive the CAD files?
Source files are not shared automatically. Contact us if you need them.
Can I reorder the same part later?
Yes. Approved parts are kept in your personal parts library and can be reordered.
Can I order on account?
Private customers pay online. Business customers can order on account after approval.
Do you also make metal parts?
No. We make functional products from technical plastics. Whether plastic suits your application, we assess per request.
