Collection and use of personal data
This applies to personal data of customers, suppliers and other contractors. Please note that we collect and use the personal data you provide to us because this is necessary to conclude and perform any agreement with you. This applies both to our (potential) customers and to parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services. If you are a (potential) customer, we use your data to send you a quotation, to determine which specifications or requirements a product or service must meet, to deliver goods or carry out work for you, to invoice, and to communicate with you quickly and efficiently about the performance of the agreement. This also includes the drawings, photos, 3D files and other files you upload with a request. If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also necessary for concluding and performing the agreement. For purchasing, this is necessary to let you know which specifications or requirements a product or service must meet, to send a request for quotation or place an order with you, to pay your invoices, and to communicate with you quickly and efficiently about other aspects of the agreement. You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you provide no or insufficient personal data, we may not be able to carry out the activities mentioned above.
Transfer to third parties
In connection with the performance of any agreement with you, we may need to provide your personal data to parties that supply parts, materials and products to us or carry out work on our behalf. We also use external server space to store (parts of) our sales and purchasing administration, which includes your personal data. For that reason your personal data is provided to our server space provider. For this website and the customer portal we use Google Cloud/Firebase (storage in the EU, region Netherlands), and for sending e-mails from the website we use Resend (sending via servers in the EU). We also use Microsoft Office and its associated storage for e-mails and other files. We may have to release your personal data if ordered to do so by the police or judicial authorities. If you have given us your consent, we will store and use the personal data you provided to inform you personally by e-mail in the future about our existing and new products and services and, where appropriate, to make you an offer. Each time we send you a promotional e-mail, you have the option to let us know that you no longer wish to receive them.
Basis
The personal data comes from the customers or suppliers themselves; TSP-3D has not obtained or purchased it from third parties. It concerns data provided by the customer via the website, the customer portal or other sources, for example by e-mail, in writing or verbally.
Retention period
If you requested a quotation from us but did not become a customer, we will delete your data no later than one year after our last contact. Likewise, if we received a quotation from you but did not become your customer, your personal data will be deleted no later than one year after our last contact. If you did become our customer, or we yours, we will retain your personal data for seven years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you was fully performed. This seven-year period corresponds to the period during which we are obliged to keep our records for the Dutch Tax Administration. After this period we will delete your personal data.
Security
We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing. For example: - All persons who may access your data on behalf of TSP-3D are bound to confidentiality. - Computer systems on which your data is stored are protected by anti-virus software. - The website and customer portal use a secure connection (https); uploaded files are only accessible to you and authorised staff. Staff sign in with two-factor authentication. - We make back-ups of personal data so that it can be restored in the event of physical or technical incidents.

To prevent abuse and fake accounts, we use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise for sign-up, sign-in and password reset. Technical data about your device and browser (such as IP address and interaction with the page) is sent to Google to assess whether you are a human or an automated program. We use this solely for security (legitimate interest).
